A subsidiary of Longford International College, whose primary location is at Unit 3, Templemichael Business Park, Balinalee Road, Longford, Co. Longford, Ireland, is referred to as "we" or "us."

(e) Containing personal data about another individual, including (but not limited to) names, contact information, and sensitive personal data (e.g., information concerning an identified or identifiable individual's mental or physical health, racial or ethnic origin, religious or other beliefs). LongfordX bears no responsibility for any content and/or information that you post, send, or upload onto the Site. We reserve the right to remove any such content and/or information without prior notice and at our sole discretion. Additionally, we retain the right to pursue any legal action available to us under applicable laws.
LongfordX is legally obligated to consider the need to prevent individuals from becoming involved in terrorism. If the use of LongfordX computer equipment, information, and systems raises concerns about potential risks to individuals, appropriate actions may be taken in accordance with LongfordX's Prevent strategy.
